2 | Booking and Payments

2.1. Charter Bookings: Capacity Aviation assists in the booking process, providing customers with options for aircraft available for charter. However, the final booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the selected air charter operator.

2.2. Pricing and Payments: All pricing information provided by Capacity Aviation is based on available data and is subject to change without notice. The actual cost of chartering an aircraft is determined by the air charter operator. Payments for charter services are made directly to the air charter operator in accordance with their payment terms.

3 | Content and Intellectual Property

3.1. Ownership: All content, including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials on our website, is the property of Capacity Aviation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

3.2. Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to the use of our services.
